  4. Latar Belakang Proses terbentuknya fatty streak penyebab arterosklerosis : • Endothelial sel terluka • Monositmakrofag • Scavenger receptor mengenali ox-LDL • Ox-LDL+makrofagfoam cell foam cell – VCAM-1 – MCP-1

  5. LXR (Liver X Receptor) • Terdiri dari 2 jenis molekul • LXRα terdapat pada sel hati dan makrofag • LXRβ terdapat pada seluruh jaringan • Keduanya memiliki kesamaan fungsi
