  6. Soundtrack • The original orchestration was written by Edmund Meisel for a 75-piece orchestra. • Meisel on his composition: “Diese Komposition ist meine größte und liebste Arbeit. Meine größte Genugtuung würde sein, wenn der Zuschauer fühlt, daß dieser Film und diese Musik ihn etwas angehn – vor allem der Berliner, der zu beidem Modell gestanden hat .” (Source: filmportal.de)
