REVIEW Details • Who can create a Review? • Admin, Workflow Owners, users assigned Review Lead. • When are Reviews created? • Specific step on a Route, Admin conditions are met. • Who can participate? • Invited users, or members of a UDG assigned to the review.
Steps of A Review • Gather Responses (In-Review) • Work Responses (In-Work) • Complete or Cancel Review • Additional Reviews can then be created. • Reviews can hold up a workflow document until issues are addressed, mitigated or resolved.
Review - Other Features • Report of all responses, printable summary charts • Ad-Hoc reporting of Review data (if Menu Perms) • Attached Files / Annotations • Standard Workflow Form options
