CMOC Ashore: Stabilization and Transition to Land Component Lead

This concept focuses on the establishment of a CMOC (Civil-Military Operations Center) ashore to coordinate, operate, and plan with UN/NGO/IOs and military personnel. After stabilizing the situation ashore, the Land Component will assume leadership, and the CMOC will facilitate the transition. The 3rd Flt CMOC will monitor operations as UN HQ personnel redeploy.
