EZSource is an accredited* Government owned web-based electronic source selection tool that facilitates the creation, organization, and communication of sensitive, unclassified, competitive source selection documentation used in the source selection evaluation process. *Accredited by Air Force DAA What is EZSource? EZSource is NOT a decision making tool.

  10. Logging In • Application URL: https://acqss.ezsource.wpafb.af.mil/ • Log in using Common Access Card (CAC) • Role based permissions • Must pick EMAIL certificate and have a processed 2875 on file. • Accounts are automatically disabled after 30 days of inactivity.

  11. Navigating EZSource Users with multiple roles can easily switch between roles. • Menus are used for easy navigating within EZSource. Menu items on the right are consistent across all user roles. Allowing users to: • Uploadsource selection documents (i.e., Proposals, RFP, etc.) • Receive notes • Enter help tickets • Review help resources • Search words and phrases • Logout • Menu items on the left are permission based and therefore change depending on the user’s role displaying.

  21. SSEB Report/CAR Templates The correct template can be selected depending upon if an SSEB Report, CAR or a combination should be generated.

  22. Agency Report Archive • The Agency Report Archive: • Can be done at any point during the source selection process (i.e., after each phase, MIRT reviews, etc.). • Provides an EZSource record for team’s Contracts file. • Can be used in a GAO and COFC protest.

  23. Source Selection Completed At the completion of a team’s source selection an exit letter is sent along with a DVD containing their final Agency Report Archive. The DVD is placed in the team’s Contracts file.
