  3. Home Page HELP Q: What is my first step before I begin using this learning object? A: Before starting, you should view the instructional video that runs through the entire tool, step by step. Q: The videos take a long time loading up, how can I fix this? A: Check your internet connection speed, if it is not fast enough then the videos will be slow. Q: If I need to leave the WBLT and come back to finish it at a later time, can I save my work? A: No, if you close the WBLT you will not be able to start where you finished. Upon return you will be able to start from the equipment and ingredient selection portion of the WBLT and skip over the demonstration video. Q: When I make a mistake it always guides me to make the right decision, but I want to see what will happen when I use the wrong ingredients, etc. Can you turn off the guidance? A: No you cannot turn this guidance off, but once you make the same wrong choice 3 times it no longer prompts you to make another choice. BUT, be aware your cookies will not taste very good! Q: Can I change the voice of the individual in the video? A: No unfortunately you cannot, but she is a famous chef if that makes you like her more! Return to Last Page
