  1. KNIGHTS ANNOUNCEMENTS TUESDAY, OCTOBER 7, 2014TODAY IS AN “A” DAY

  2. Earlyact Club Do you want to make a difference? Do you want to help others in our community, state, country, the world? Come & join the Earlyact Club at PRMS. Meetings in the Art room 3-3:45. If you are riding a bike or walking home, please bring a note with you. Meeting dates Oct. 8 & 15, Nov. 5 & 12, Dec. 10 & 17

  3. STUDENT COUNCIL There will be a meeting for all 6th, 7th and 8th grade students who are interested serving on the Student Council on Wednesday, October 8th at 7:30 AM in room C102

  4. PRMS Jr. Choir (Week of October 6-10, 2014) Jr. Choir Group dwill be meeting in the back of the music room during period 9. PRMS WINTER MUSICAL Mandatory Parent Meeting this Wednesday, (10/8/2014), at 7:00 pm in the media center. If you parents cannot make the meeting, see Mr. Williams for more information. If you have any questions please find Mr. Williams.

  5. RESPECT WEEK (October 6 – 9, 2014) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tuesday, October 7th: Pond Road is a JEANIUS when it comes to showing respect (wear jeans) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Wednesday, October 8th:Team Up Against Bullying Day(Wear team clothing) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thursday, October 9th : It’s NO SWEAT to show RESPECT (Wear sweat pants, shirts, jackets, etc.)

  6. MATH OLYMPIAD Math Olympiad screening will be held in the Media Center on Wednesday, October 8th from 3:00 – 4:00 pm.

  7. Attention Grade Level Book Clubs: Please have the following books by Thursday: 8th Grade:  The Shining by Stephen King 7th Grade:  And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie 6th Grade:  The Giver by Lois Lowry (see your LA teacher) 5th Grade:  Ungifted by Gordon Korman See Ms. McGlew's web site for more details.

  8. SOCCER – BOYS Practice 3- 4:30 pm

  9. SOCCER – GIRLS Practice until 4:30 pm

  10. ` FIELD HOCKEY Yesterday the Varsity Hockey team beat Timberlane with a score of 3-1. Goals were scored by Shea Walsh (2) and Grace Maslak. LaurynZygmaniak had an outstanding day in the goal with several saves. The JV team worked hard as a team, but fell to Timberlane 1-0. Both teams have practice today until 4:15.
