  2. Introduction Self-discipline is the ability to do what you should do When you should do it, whether you feel like it or not. This Called Real Strength!! My Instant response SELF DISCIPLINE… Discipline is the key to success. No matter what you want to achieve in life, you need to have discipline. It’s a magical path that will take you to great heights. We all have the ability to reach our desired goal, what is lack is the ability to sacrifice laziness, lame excuses, and the fear of failure. Self-discipline helps you in many ways. It is not easy, it’s painful and tedious in the beginning but with time when you will see the change just by being disciplined. You will fall in love with the Pain of Discipline. You will thank yourself that you determined yourself on the path of discipline.

Let’s adapt Self-discipline in 3 steps:- • Think about it, what if you put as much energy and time into achieving your goals as you spend in making up excuses for failure, you will be surprised with the outcome. Self-discipline steps are: • 1. Take Control of Yourself • 2. Self-talk • 3. Make a To-Do List

  4. Take Control of Yourself You need to learn to control the inner lazy and excuse-giving self. As human beings, we have a tendency to hide our fear of failure behind excuses. Look around and ask, “Is there anyone else who has the same excuse who is successful anyway?

  5. Self-talk Every day you need to win the battle within yourselves to be a disciple. Give yourself a pep talk and remind yourself about your goal. If you are self-disciplined then you will be surprised by the kind of extra time you will have in your hands. You will actually feel you have 25 hours in your day. You will have more time for yourself and your family.

  6. Make a To-Do List Prioritize your work. You need to learn to prioritize your work. Make a to-do list and then rank them in order of priority. You can divide your work in hand into three parts - Urgent (that needs to be completed NOW), Important (you have time to finish it), and not important (the work with no deadline). Discipline reduces your stress in half. Discipline gives you faith in yourself with time you would realize at you can accomplish a lot of things. Unfortunately, whatever we do repeatedly becomes a habit. So it is crucial for us to form the right habit. Let’s build a habit of SELF-DISCIPLINE today.
