Company’s Profile Ice Gallery was established in 2005 in Athens, Greece. We are the only company worldwide, which specializes in the production of high quality crystal clear ice sculptures but also a manufacturer of proprietary equipment, special reusable molds and illuminated displays for the production and presentation of crystal clear ice sculptures. This makes us UNIQUE. Using only plain tap water, as raw material, Ice Gallery is ready to deliver unique ice creations that can attract the whole interest in every kind of social event. Our Products 1. Reusable Freezer molds We can supply you with a large variety of Reusable Freezer Molds (RFM) up to one meter high. Our RFM are of the highest quality made out of a latex rubber liner and a fiberglass case. They are reusable for many years. The ice sculptures you will produce with RFM will be semi-clear in color similar to the ice cubes from your refrigerator. 2. Special Equipment and Reusable Molds for Crystal Clear Ice Sculptures This is the ultimate method for the production of high -quality crystal clear ice sculptures up to one meter high. You will need to buy from us our special proprietary equipment and reusable machine molds. We can supply you with everything you need to get started, including training. Your only raw material is plain tap water.

Small in size can fit almost anywhere. 4. Displays For a practical and stunning presentation of the ice sculptures you will need to use our special displays. These displays will handle all sizes of ice sculptures. Both our models will provide underneath colored illumination for an impressive presentation of the ice sculptures at your customers event. At the same time, these displays are designed to handle the water from the melting ice.
Our Methods 1. The "Freezer Molds" Method You can produce a variety of ice sculptures by using special Freezer Molds. We can supply you with these special molds made out of rubber and fiberglass. You fill the molds with tap water and place them in a deep freezer at minus 20 degrees Celsius for 48-72 hours. The ice sculptures you will produce with this method will be semi-clear in color similar to the ice cubes from your refrigerator.

What you need • Premises/Buildings • The size of the building depends entirely on the number of production machines you intend to purchase. • Electricity • The production machines are equipped with 3 / 8 HP condensers. The consumption is very low and similar to a large home refrigerator. • Equipment • You will need the following equipment: • “Hercules» production machines. • An Electric Winch Crane. • A Deep Freezer • A set of four special tables. • Reusable Rubber/Latex molds. • Illuminated displays for the presentation of the sculptures
What you need Direct Labor The production machines are almost fully automated. You will need one unskilled worker to attend the machines during the production process. We will train you for 3 days in our plant in Athens free of charge. We employ one skilled worker for our 10 production machines. Delivery of Sculptures To deliver the ice sculptures to your customers you will need a well-insulated van. If the delivery point is further than 30 minutes’ drive, we recommend you purchase a small-refrigerated truck. Try to find a used one.
