Blog 1: easydisc.net DVD REPLICATION V/S DVD DUPLICATION When it comes to feeding some digital data in a digital versatile disk, people seldom confuse between digital versatile disk duplication and digital versatile disk replication. In order to avoid any type fraud on the part of the seller, and you end up paying extra mullah; you should know the difference between digital versatile disk duplication and digital versatile disk replication in order to get DVD duplication and replication at cheap prices. Digital versatile disk replication is that process wherein the digital data is stamped in the injection disk model. The DVD’s which you get at the music store are usually replicated ones. There are silver in color due to the aluminum coating on them. You can go for a minimum of 1000-2500 disk order at cheap rates. These are good in quality and are economical also. This process of DVD replication is cheaper than DVD duplication since the data is pressed all at ones in the disk and is not infused step by step as in DVD duplication. The thing which needs to be taken into consideration is that ones the data is transferred you cannot change, rewrite or alter it. Coming to DVD duplication’ which is at a higher level of technological advancement than DVD replication. In this process, you tend to “burn” your disk which is pre-manufactured and empty. These disks are called recordable and come in black color, unlike replicated ones. The audio or the video files are transferred to the blank disk using laser recorders. And this process takes several minutes to complete depending upon the amount and quality of data you are transferring in it. When going for cheap DVD duplication, keep in mind that the machine and laser used by the manufacturer are of good quality, and also negotiate the per-minute charges for making the DVDs through this process.
