Industry Canada says: • 1 to 4 employees: micro-enterprise • 5 to 100: small business • 101 to 499: medium-sized business • 500-plus: large business Statistics Canada says: • Less than 500 employees with less than $50 million in annual revenues Canada Industry Profiles says: • Annual revenue between $30,000 and $5 million is a small business • Annual revenue between $5M and $25M is a medium-sized business
