1-Comment on how easy or difficult it was to design your PFP At first it was difficult for me. I have a scoliosis and I was scared to design a program that can cause me more harm for my back. Hence, I bought a Fitness Workout Guide and built my program from there. I asked my brother to come with me sometimes to see if I achieve the position correctly.

Information about First Assignment • My goals for my PFP was : • to respect my schedule = passed • have a healthier diet = failed • to give as much as I can each training. = Succeed
2- Comment on satisfaction with the original design. What changes to make to the program for it to be more interesting ? VERY satisfied about my workout. I added more Weights Repetitions (from 12 to 20--- strength to endurance) Yoga session ZumbaClasses
3b- Improvements mentally Reduce Stress Better Mood Sharpen Memory More Productive Better Self-Esteem
3c- Fitness Levels From Poor to Average based on the Fitness Appraisal Results did in class
3d- Academic Performances • My grades are better: • I am more productive. • I attend my morning classes (more energy) • Sharpen memory (easier to memorize)
4- Workout Experience • Like ? • Like setting goals and try to achieve it • Like the sensation of proud after each workout complete • Dislike ? • Dislike the gym where I go. Too much people and hard to access the machine • Ability to Follow Program ? • At first, it was easy but by the end of the semester it was hard because of homework plus I have a part time job. • Time Management ? • 4 first week – I respected my schedule • 2 last week- I only went 2x per week • Motivation ? I was very motivated because of my father. He had a stroke, hence the doctor suggested him to be more active &have a healthy diet. I followed him in his new lifestyle
5- Bad Past Exercises Habits • - Working Out on an Empty Stomach • Skipping My Stretches • Getting Stuck in the Same Workout Routine • Not doing the right position
6- Active Lifestyle It is important to have a healthy lifestyle because it reduces the risk of developing chronic illnesses like diabetes, cancer and liver diseases. In addition, a healthy lifestyle is very important since it makes life to be more enjoyable.. …. And are there negative effect about a healthy lifestyle ? ;)
6- Active Lifestyle Walking instead of always driving Exercise Regularly ( min 2 times per week) Move Around as Much as Possible Biking with Friends ChoseActive Weekend Activities Eat Grapes Instead of Candies OR Grab an Apple Instead of A Donut
