  2. Constant Improvement • Plexia listens to the suggestions from their clients and continues to make Plexia EMR more powerful by adding new features

  3. Rich-Text Note • Rich-Text notes allows special formatting such as bold, italics, underline and more…

  4. Print List • Physicians can add notes to a list and then print them out all at once later • Reduces the time to print them out individually

  5. Plexia Fax • You can fax requisitions or notes straight from Plexia’s fax • The fax numbers will be entered automatically from the chosen recipients

  6. Fax List • Notes & requisitions can be added to a list for faxing later • Multiple notes or requisitions can be merged together for faxing

  7. Imported Files List • MOAs can file documents (like referrals or lab results) for physicians to review later • Physicians can look over their mail/paper work at their own leisure • Reduce chances of losing documents • Approve documents to acknowledge that it is checked

  8. Aging Reports • Aging Reports shows the progress of a physician’s billings • Indicates which billings are long overdue to make sure you never miss a billing payment

  9. Patient Alert • Alerts can be placed to notify other users when they access the patient record or appointment of patient • i.e. “cancelled too many times, do not reschedule”

  10. Add Non-Physician Contact • Non-physician contacts can be added to the directory • Example: • Lawyer Firms • Hospital Departments • Massage Therapists

  11. Drug Search • Complete prescription database to search from • Ability to add new drugs to the database

  12. Requisition List • Tracking of requisition forms to notify users when an expected result is overdue

  13. ICD & Fee Code Search • Perform statistics to find out more information on patients of a particular fee code or ICD code • Data exportable to other programs like MS Excel ®
