Focus of the Review • What is on offer nationally and regionally? • Asset mapping – What does Lincolnshire actually offer? – Examples of Best Practice • Identify who is using Day Services (Where, When, Why & How?) • Consultation – 3 pronged approach – Service User, Circle of Care, Professional • Financial focus • Analysis & recommendations for the future

  4. Appropriate Engagement • Open dialogue • Consultation – questionnaires, focus groups and interviews • Offer feedback on the findings of review and what decisions are being made
