Pleading Guilty The Judge will Stop all Discussions about the case, and assign an attorney. If the Defendant can’t afford one, and set a trial date..bond is not exonerated Pleading Not Guilty Defendant goes to trial. If the defendant is proven innocent, the bond is exonerated. If proven guilty, the jude will sentence, and the bond is exonerated

Once the defendant is captured He/She will be brought back to the jail and surrendered, at that time the agent and the co-signers of the bond will be off the bond, and the original bail amount will be added to The new fines. If the defendant cannot be found If the defendant cannot be found, then the surety Company will pay to the court the bail amount. At that time the surety company and agent will start Proceedings to collect the bail amount from the co-signers
