  2. Sucrose Preference Test * Significant two way interaction, only a significant BCG effect observed in control group. No other groups are significantly different from each other.

  3. Open Field Test Locomotor activity Anxiety-like behavior No difference in locomotor activity between groups. A significant main effect of BCG in duration of time spent in central area (anxiety-like phenotype)

  4. Social Interaction Test No significant two way interaction (p=0.1), only a significant BCG effect observed in control group. *

  5. Y-maze Spontaneous Alternation Significant two way interaction, only a significant BCG effect observed in control group. No other groups are significantly different from each other. *
