This gel illustrates the digestion of plasmid pIS1-Eef25UTR-TOPmut-renilla using enzymes NcoI, NheI, Ncol-HF, and Nhel-HF, alongside the NEB 1kb ladder. The DNA was digested for 2 hours and run on a 0.8% agarose gel stained with ethidium bromide in TAE buffer for 2 hours at 60 volts.
