In this interactive selection, you have the power to pick a leader to guide our country out of the Great Depression and into World War II. You can choose from three candidates: Candidate A, Franklin D. Roosevelt, who had a successful political career yet was known for personal controversies; Candidate B, Winston Churchill, a wartime hero with flaws; or Candidate C, Adolf Hitler, a controversial military figure. Reflect on their attributes and write a note to the candidate you believe should represent us.

Candidate A • This Candidate had a very successful political career shaping a country. He was also known for doing drugs and having at least one mistress.
Candidate B • War time hero, inspirational leader. Was also known for a drinking problem and was also fired from his job… twice.
Candidate C • United a country, was in the military. He also never smoked, occasionally drank, and was a vegetarian
Now, Think about who you would chose and on your notes write down the letter to the person you want representing you!
