  1. 二電廠2012年度OQA DPPM報告 5月份OQC退貨6件: 1. FSA011-030G I/O Label 用錯整批分析: 舊label 沒有清理造成錯用. 對策: 領班接到材料 EC 通知必須把線上材料清掉 2. API1PC01-311G 漏取檢修控制卡1臺分析: 貼標簽人員掃描后漏取. 對策: 后續包裝人員要先檢查單體外觀. 3. FSA011-030G CYCLE DROPOUT測試不良1臺分析: M201來料(D/C1149)差異, VFB漂移偏下限. 對策: 在L/D前 SORTING 小板 ,將M201VFB電壓偏低不良提前篩選出來. 4. FSA011-030G 機殼漏鎖螺絲 1 臺. 分析: 修外觀沒按回線流程作業. 對策: 不良單體必須嚴格按回線流程作業. 5. FSB004-4B0G 測試不開機 1臺. 分析: 12V 短路時會有機會影響到同步整流的時序. 對策: 全橋 MOS 的 Gate 電阻由 20 ohm 改為 47 ohm 6. FSA022-790G 漏鎖螺絲1臺. 分析: 領班沒有合理使用螺絲盤, 少鎖螺絲也不知道. 對策: 合理使用螺絲盤, 以用量的倍數的管控
