  2. 1. Zadatak: • Predpostavimo da znamo da hartija od vrednosti – npr. Akcija Coca Cole, koju posedujemo vredi €100 i da će posle 10 godine vredeti €150. Znači šta znamo: SV, BV, i N-broj perioda = 10 godina.

  3. Rešenje: • BV= SV (1+k)N • €‚150=€100(1+k)10 • 150/100=(1+k)10 • (1+k)10=1,5 • (1+k)=1,5(1/10) • (1+k)=1,04141 • K=0,04141 = 4,41%

  4. 2. Zadatak: • Predpostavimo da posedujemo €500.000 i da je interesna stopa 4,5%. Koliko dugo je potrebno da ova suma naraste na €1 milion ako je uložimo u banku?

  5. Rešenje: • €1.000.0000 = €500.000 (1+0,045)N • Odatle 1.000.000/500.000=2= (1+0,045)N • Ukoliko logaritmujemo levu i desnu stranu dobijamo, kako sledi: • N[ln(1,045)]=ln(2) • N=ln(2)/ln(1,045) • Odakle je N =0,6931/0,0440 = 15,7473.
