Take home message • Asthma poses a significant burden both in OPD & IPD settings • Asthma is an under-diagnosed and under-treated condition in our country • Diagnose asthma on the basis of symptoms and airway reversibility • Rule out differential diagnosis • Apply TADTOS to achieve asthma control • With advent of biologics and thermoplasty there is hope for patients with severe asthma also
