  2. Dr. James Wilcox, Jr. also conducted on-campus and online student orientations, tracked and improved campus graduation rates, and provided academic advising to veterans and active military.

  3. Dr. James Wilcox, Jr. earned a Master of Science in Management degree from Strayer University, Washington, D.C. and a Master of Management in e-Marketing degree from National American University, Rapid City, South Dakota.

  4. Dr. James Wilcox, Jr. also served as an Assistant Campus Dean at Strayer University, Lexington , KY. where he helped maintain academic quality by ensuring an atmosphere and environment appropriate for effective learning.

  5. Dr. James Wilcox, Jr. also served as a Campus Dean at Strayer University, San Antonio for 3 years where he interviewed and hired all staff for the successful opening of the $1.5M Strayer- San Antonio campus.

  6. While serving at Strayer University as a Campus Dean, Dr. James Wilcox, Jr. also annually evaluated faculty and academic staff performance. He earned his Doctor of Ministry degree from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio.
