  7. Question 2 Is employee engagement more important than customer engagement? (how do we measure and maximise it?)

  8. Question 3 What are the top five characteristics of the best care workers? (how should we select for these?) (can we train for them?) (what motivates the staff?)

  9. Question 4 Does organisational culture influence staff quality or vice versa? What role does/should supervision play? (what characteristics do we need in our managers/team leaders?) (can we train for these?)
