Postmodern Leadership  • The Postmodern leadership  has been associated with certain knowledge, e.g., thoughtleadership where a particular person either chooses initially to lead through example to others. The leadershiphad been associated with power. It has been the power of the knowledge irrespective of position.

  3. Role of Postmodernism • Postmodernism has been associated with Western philosophy. It has been late 20th-century movement associated with skepticism along with subjectivism. The basic suspicion of the reason has been found. There has been significant sensitivity to importance of ideology in emphasizing the political power.

  4. Requirement of Postmodern Approach • The postmodern approach needs the scholar who shows meanings via relationships with different meanings along with interpretations. It happens in a specific scene which has been created and informed by scenes which had followed it.

  5. Seven Styles of Leadership • They are as follows: • Autocratic • Authoritative • Pace-Setting • Democratic • Coaching • Affiliative • Laissez-faire

  6. Criticisms of Postmodernism • It has been diverse intellectually and talks about opinion where there is deficit in the coherence. This has been hostile to the idea of the absolutes like truth. The postmodern philosophy has been criticized for obscurantism along with the resistance to dependable knowledge.

  7. Relation of Postmodernism and Religion • Postmodernism has been a way which tries to tell the process a  society had developed to the age beyond the modernity. Finally, the societyhas been dealing with 'pick and mix' culture at the time of taking decision for religion in the form of individuals. They are going to check the religion which is suitable for lifestyle.

  8. Worldview of Postmodern Phase • Starting approximately 1960 in United States of America, the worldview of postmodern phase had taken shape.  It had originated in Europe dating back 18th century. Immanuel Kant had inspired the culture where the “truth” is the outcome at the time of subjective minds who share the subjective sense.

  9. Postmodern Thinkers • The assertion has played a vital role in the declaration of Friedrich Nietzsche where the language has been a way of will to the power for those who are utilizing them. It is not an objective reflection of the real life.There are postmodern thinkers like Jacques Derrida along with Michel Foucault. There is Richard Rortywhich had been the catalysts for “postmodern” development.

Personal Ethics in Postmodern View • For postmodern view, there are personal ethics had been relative and subjective.We have not found such an issue which shows the absolute truth.  There is no right to compel the beliefs.It is important to show sincerity in the beliefs. They have been tolerant for the beliefs.

Interpretive Culture of Third Reich • Under interpretive culture of Third Reich, we have found the priority of Dachau and Auschwitz.They have been the quintessential rejection on inclusion and tolerance. They have been given importance by the followers of postmodernism.The postmodern should pick up between the insistence on the addition along with the rejection of the intolerance.
