  4. Gather Information: Questions. (Questionnaires) Interviews. Personal Experience. Hearsay. (need to confirm) Ranking: Rate and Rank System. What If Analysis. Time Analysis. Identify task that are easy to accomplish. Resources: Resources available Time available Evaluate: Most important. Expected results (short term Vs long term) So What Do You Need To Do or Consider ?

It tells what a group plans to accomplish, time frame and result. • Goals can be short term or long term.

  6. Question Yourself • What will we have accomplished upon completion of the goal? • How will we know we have accomplished it? • What will happen if we don’t achieve this goal?
