  4. Lagging and Excavation, including S Tunnel: Complete by April 17 North Tunnel: Excavation, East 3rd week of June, West 2nd week of October Drilled Cassion’s: Complete By May 24 Concrete foundations, Walls, etc.: Start April 26th Tower Crane Install: End of April
