How does dieting affect your mental health? • Dieting affects your mental health • Impossible goals and challenges • Incompletion of unrealistic goals result in unnecessary guilt • Unnecessary guilt results in anxiety, low self-esteem, anorexia and depression • Not all diets are ineffective though!
