Strategies: • Building on High School Career Pathways • Career Exploration Course (COUNS 48) in High Schools • Mandatory COUNS 48 for undeclared students in Promise Pathways • Build Career Center into Career Pathways Trust Fund Proposals

Pushing Student Ownership • Student education planning is a privilege, not a right Strategies: • Require students to complete certain tasks for each step in education planning process • i.e. Student needs to declare an academic/career goal to schedule a comprehensive education planning session
