  3. Spanish Fork Plant Overview • Land and Building purchased by Cressona Aluminum Company in 1991. Purchased by Alumax in 1996, and Alcoa in 1998. Joint venture with Sapa 2007, 100% Sapa 2009. • 40 acre site with 320,000 square feet under roof. • 200 employees operating 24 hrs/day, 7 days/week. • Equipment and Capabilities • 1992 - 3000 ton direct 10” UBE press - 90,000 PSI die face pressure • Std. shapes, small hollow shapes, tubing, high die face pressure shapes, heat sinks. • 1995 - 4250 ton direct/indirect 14” Sutton press – 53,000 PSI die face pressure. • Std. shapes, tight tolerance rod/bar (indirect), 12” circle size shapes (direct) – up to 6” principle thickness. • 1995 - re-melt facility including homogenization
