So what is the answer to my problems? Could it be that I can’t bear to err? Forget all the rules you’ve set for yourself There’s no need to be like everyone else Cows need time to make milk, don’t you forget! What you don’t see is what you get Breaking the mold should be your new aim Unleash that creative genius that’s in your right brain! So I ask the following question to YOU What should (beep) do? My organization has turned into a Hairball I’ve gotta get myself back to orbit My organization has turned into a Hairball I’ve gotta get myself back to orbit Oh oh back to orbit oh oh So this large and complex organization walks into a bar And it asks me, “Gus, how do I innovative?” And I say, “You know, I think the very first step towards becoming more innovative is questioning the old norms that have turned you into a Hairball! ………
