My Tip # 3 Utilise all marketing channels Website – build your own and/or use golf club’s website Email – build your own and/or use membership database Postal – do your own and/or use membership database Notice board – posters advertising your trips / sign-up sheets Pro shop display – flyers/posters on display Local newspaper – sports editor / inexpensive advertising Invite high profile member at discount/free!

  3. My Tip # 2 During golf lessons time Pre lesson – at time of booking (appt cards / online booking) During lesson – leaflet to hand out AND verbal mention Post lesson – email and/or website Lesson reminders – emails and texts

  4. My Tip # 1 Plan it well in advance! 5P’s – Prior Planning Prevents Poor Performance! Ideally start planning in May for following Winter Plan to suit your personal and business schedule Consider Pro-Ams, holidays and tuition trips Detail - destination, dates, venues, budget, purpose Use a trusted golf travel operator to book up your trips Constant communication to members is key
