Communicating for Success To ensure we communicated effectively and streamline/ reduce emails, we implemented: • Email • Employee Forums • Monthly CEO Podcast around our 3 Goals (Quality, Consistent Earnings, Service) • Monthly Employee Newsletter – PULSE • Weekly “HR in Action for You!” email • Facility/HCA updates (i.e. employee forums, employee events, HCA Innovators, compensation, benefit changes, wellness options, local discounted benefits, etc.)

  7. Communicating for Success • Standardized Department Staff Meeting Agenda • Standardized Daily Huddle Agenda • Active Employee Advisory Group, Unit Practice Councils, & Nurse Recruitment & Retention Committee • Excedrin to Excellence • Front Line Leadership Training • Employment Law Quiz
