  1. ATRS Arizona Teams Up with NCADD to Support Weldon House through Community Recycling (1888PressRelease) ATRS Arizona is a source for sustainability solutions for corporations, city governments, school districts and other community organizations looking to make recycling a more integral part of their operations. ATRS Arizona works directly with local, registered 501c3 Non-Profit Organizations as part of their ongoing commitment to community recycling partnerships. Phoenix, Arizona - ATRS Arizona, a full service recycling company that provides comprehensive GO - Green solutions, teamed up with NCADD in order to establish the Weldon House Community Recycling program to provide additional support to the mothers and children at the Weldon House. ATRS Arizona began working with NCADD in 2007 to develop a neighborhood recycling program that would benefit the Weldon House, provide an additional source of income and enhance overall living conditions for the moms and children that rely on Weldon House. ATRS Arizona provides all necessary infrastructure required to convert the recycled donations into desperately needed funding for the families of Weldon House. As part of their ongoing dedication to support the Weldon House, ATRS Arizona provides donation boxes, labor, trucks, supplies, management, warehousing and the expertise required to effectively convert public donations of clothing, shoes and household articles into cash. ATRS Arizona works with Weldon House administrators, who provide ATRS Arizona with a monthly list of items needed for the house. ATRS Arizona then collects the items directly from the donation boxes and delivers them to the Weldon House. On a monthly basis, ATRS Arizona delivers a variety of items to the Weldon House including: clothing, cookware, silverware, linens, towels, toys, cookbooks, vacuum cleaners, furniture and more.

  2. With the help of ATRS Arizona and the cash generated from their community recycling program, Weldon House has received assistance in many areas, from paying utility bills and facility maintenance, to day care and after school programs for the children, clothing, GED and career development expenses, YMCA group membership, furniture, dental expenses, and much more. NCADD and the Weldon House have noted that the ATRS Arizona recycling program has provided all that they had dreamed of and more. ATRS Arizona is proud to work with NCADD and the outstanding group at Weldon House, a program dedicated to supporting women in building a healthy life for themselves and their children. In addition to helping the program at Weldon House with donations, the ATRS Arizona program also helps the protect the environment by recycling items that might otherwise end up in landfills, thereby saving energy and raw materials. For those interested in assisting Weldon House by sponsoring a site for an ATRS Arizona donation box at no cost, please contact ATRS Arizona at 1-602-410-3809.
