  2. London Communiqué4.3 We ask BFUG as a whole to consider further how the EHEA might develop after 2010 and to report back to the next ministerial meeting in 2009. This should include proposals for appropriate support structures, bearing in mind that the current informal collaborative arrangements are working well and have brought about unprecedented change. MEETING OF THE BOLOGNA FOLLOW-UP GROUP, LISBON, PORTUGAL, 2-3 OCTOBER 2007 Two tasks as a part of a sequence: 1. Preparation of report for 2009 2. Independent assessment

The BFUG could agree with open consultation process, involving the BFUG as a whole in preparing the report for the Ministerial meeting of 2009, including consultation of experts and stakeholders, seminars, electronic consultation, specific BFUG meeting(s) on the topic and consultations and seminars organised by consultative members. In addition, individual countries can conduct surveys and consultation of national stakeholders.
