  2. Service-Learning • Service-learning- Service-learning course objectives are linked to real community needs that are designed in cooperation with community partners and service recipients.   3. Benefits • The benefits for service learning are very positive. It helps better yourself while you better your community. • By doing community service you not only help out the community but you feel better about yourself about doing so!

  4. Disabled Veteran Hunt We took Disabled Veterans Quail Hunting.

  5. Habitat for Humanity Blazer Build

  6. Blazer Build The Valdosta State University Football Team, teamed up with habitat for humanity to build a house for a family in need.

  7. VSU Blood Drive

  8. Blood Drive The Valdosta State University Football team held a blood drive for southeast Georgia. In the pictures Coach Dean and C #77 Teddy Morris giving blood.

  9. VSU Football & Sigma Nu Dunking Booth for relay for life

  10. Relay for life Some of the VSU football players joined up with the Sigma Nu fraternity and had a dunking booth for a dollar for three throws. The booth raised a little over $200 to go towards relay for life

  11. W.G. Nun Field Day Robert Newton (VSU Football #68), Thesius Jackson (#28), David Arnold (#10), and Myself went over to WG Nun Elementary school and helped the children do activities on their field Day

  12. Reading Across America A group of VSU football Players and myself went over to Salis Malone Elementary school and read books to the children for the afternoon
