The 7xxx aluminum properties enable these products have better environmental resistance and pressure resistance. The typical grades are 7003, 7005 and 7046. Al-Zn-Mg-Cu Alloy This alloy is also known as ultra-dura aluminum, whihc has poor weldability and can meet high-strength and high fatigue resistance requirements. The typical grades are 7001, 7050, 7075, 7068 aluminum sheet. They are used for bicycle front Fork, baseball/softball bat, aerospace industry, automobile, motorcycle/bicycle related parts,etc. 7068 alloy is a 7000 series aluminium-zinc alloy registered with the US Aluminium Association and produced to AMS 4331 (chemical composition and mechanical properties) and AMS 2772 (heat treatment).
