What’s wrong? • Very few users are returning. • Major problems in the checkout process. • It’s very hard and confusing to change your order during the checkout process. • Navigation through the site is very confusing. • Images are way too large, especially on the homepage. Should at least be one third of the current size. • Too many brochure style images, instead of images of the actual product. • Too little product information.

Plan of action • Design a clear checkout process, to make payment easier and less confusing. • Reduce clicks in the checkout process. • One functional web page to view all of the products. • Pricing • Delivery • Payment information • Reduce size of pictures. • Rewrite copies, short and punchy. • Make the website more attractive, to encourage people to return. Perhaps include certain advantages for returning clients.

  6. Conclusion • Make the website layout more customer-friendly. • Make the orders easiertoadjustduringpurchase.
