We found some interesting stuff Customer segments: Low-end (students) High-end interior design Mid-end interior design Commercial (office design) n=23 n=1 n=3 n=1 Learnings: • Want cheap, simple solution • Don’t think about lighting much • Flexibility problem • Have trouble with right lighting • Not much between custom and Home Depot • Everything custom-built for specific space and decor • Problems with power accessibility • Modularity fits segment needs • Need exists, but solution must be dirt-cheap • Possible sweet-spot • More research needed • No opportunity • More research needed Implications:
