Day Camp*Location is still not set yet* • June 24th-28th From 9:00am until 4:00pm • Costs are as follows: $165 early bird payment, before April 16 $185 Regular payment, After April 16-May 17th $205 Late Payment, After May 17th • Boys will get 1 t-shirt as part of the day camp fee. The cost on the web site is for extra shirts$12 youth-$15 adult extra.

  3. Day Camp • Each Pack must furnish 1 Den Walker/Adult Volunteer for every 5 youth attending camp. (Example: 4 boys = 1 Den Walker/Adult Volunteer; 7 youth = 2 Den Walkers/Adult Volunteer; etc.) Two-deep(Two Adults) leadership will be maintained in camp • Tiger Cub adult partners are expected to attend camp with their child.

Day Camp • Forms to give to your Pack Coordinator can be downloaded from website http//www.boyscouts-ncac.org click on camps tab • Forms To Download are to be completed • Individual registration form • Please fill out and hand in with payment • Release Form • Medical Form A&B • *Site is to be determined still.

Hwy.Goshen, VA 24439 • For Rising Webolos I and Webolos II Only! • July 14th-20th . • Webelos Cub Scouts and adult leaders/parents attend as a “den” (minimum of 2 adults). • Please visit http://www.gotogoshen.org to access all the useful forms and camp-specific as well as http://www.boyscout-ncac.org click on Camps tab. • information you will need to prepare for camp, including: • Class A-B-C Medical Form • What to Bring to Camp Lists • Camp Schedules • Registration Forms • Camp Maps • Tents and Food provided

Hwy.Goshen, VA 24439 • $50 deposit per person before March 15th (Hat incentive) • Youth: $290 Adult: $230 Early Bird Payment by April 26th • Youth: $330 Adult: $270 Regular Camp Payment by May 31st • Youth: $370 Adults: $310 At Camp Payment. • The $50 will be deducted.

Camp Snyder 6100 Antioch Road, Haymarket, VA 20169 • Cub Residents Camp (Overnight) • Starting Thursday at 6pm • Ending Sunday at 9am • 5 sessions to choose from • Session 1: July 4- July 7 • Session 2: July 11- July 14 • Session 3: July 18- July 21 • Session 4: July 25- July 28 • Session 5: August 1- August 4

Camp Snyder 6100 Antioch Road, Haymarket, VA 20169 • Cub Residents Camp (Overnight) Costs: • $160: (Registrations received March 15, 2013) • $180: (Registrations received by April 15, 2013) • $200: (Registrations received by May 15, 2012) • $220: Register or Pay AFTER June 15, 2013 • $85: Per Adult Leader. Two (2) adult attends at no cost for every 8 Scouts that register as a “Pack.” • Parents are welcome to go but must pay $85. • Older Siblings (12 and older) can go price is $85 but are not allowed to partake in any of the activities
