Tyrannosaurus Rex. For over over 150 million years dinosaurs roamed the earth. 65 million years ago they became extinct. They were one of the largest animals that ever lived. T-Rex's bones are hollow. 40 feet long and about 15 to 20 feet tall. Tyrannosaurus means "tyrant lizard.".
