To get the most out of the site visits • Site visits will be most effective if they are followed by a presentation to the task force and if the notes are saved in the document db. • Document should include: • Overview of project/purpose of the control room • List of activities during the visit • List of hardware, communication equipment, and application software used in the control room • Names of contacts • A sketch of the layout in the Control Room • Photos of the Control Room • Cost information if available • Positive and negative experiences by the people using the control room spanacek@fnal.gov
