  4. MAIN AIMS • to help children of preschool age acquire listening, responding and speaking skills in two foreign languages • to inform parents about the benefits of early foreign language learning TOOL & ALL Conference IASI 2009

  5. The Innovative Language Tool INCLUDES: • creative play through 3D crafts • suggestions for games and activities • traditional English and French songs for children TOOL & ALL Conference IASI 2009

  6. The Content of A.P.P.L.E. Package • Two DVDs with a multimedia educational software; • Printed Book developed for assisting parents and teachers with texts and articles of European Commission to promote early language learning; grammar notes; • Printed Book with all steps of making art-crafts; • Website (www.appleproject.eu) in 8 language versions with a Forum for online communication between teachers and parents from Europe.   7. Transferability The educational packagecan be used: • At home for autonomous learning with support from parents; • At kindergartens or primary schools as a language tool for language courses or technologies TOOL & ALL Conference IASI 2009
