(1) It is very important to eat foods that properly sustain your body as well as your mind. (1) Hippocrates once said “Let your food be your medicine, and your medicine be your food” (1) Astronauts have high stress jobs that puts a lot of strain on their minds and bodies. They need to eat the same amount of calories in space as they do on Earth. (2)
