Delve into the world of field theory and string theory through strong-weak coupling dualities explored via index computation. Collaborative work explores Seiberg-like dualities, mirror symmetry, and AdS4/CFT3 framework. Future directions aim for deeper analytic proofs and enhanced understanding of the underlying structures.

Outlines • Motivation • Superconformal Index formulae • Seiberg like dualities • Mirror symmetry and N=4 super Chern-Simons 5. Conclusions and Future directions
Motivation • Lots of interesting questions in field theory/string theory begs the understanding of the strong coupling behavior • Dualities provide a useful framework (strong coupling -> weak couping) but difficult to prove • Index is useful, it can probe the strong coupling behavior • Interested in dualities for 3d field theories such as Seiberg-like dualities, mirror symmetry and AdS4/CFT3
Conclusions and Future directions • Index is useful to probe the strong-weak dualities and gives the impressive evidences for the dualities • Analytic proofs should be attempted and need better understanding of underlying structures • Will try better understanding of AdS4/CFT3 with N=2 supersymmetry
