Action Steps The action step(s) we will take in the next month to develop our service package(s) are: • Reconvene Mission and Vision Team and utilize the pyramid from June Simmons’s presentation • Conduct high level needs assessments of what contracting organizations are looking for, identifying the gaps and adapting service packages • Identify law firm with healthcare practice that might offer pro bono services to advice on NY state regulations required
