  3. Now think of the word unwrap. Turn and talk to a partner. What does the word unwrap mean? In that word, the prefix means the opposite of. So, by adding the prefix , we have changed the meaning of the word. Would you unwrap presents before or during a birthday party? Why? "un" "un"
