FIRST call PROJECT SELECTION • Evaluation by the Selection Panel (SP). 3 reports for each proposal . • Validation by facility operators. • Final assessments by the SP. • Signature of agreements between End users, • facility operators and IFREMER. • 5.   11. 2ND call evaluation procedure • Three steps: • Validation of each proposal by the manager of the targeted facility. • Evaluation by the Selection Panel (SP) based on scientific excellence, innovation and impacts on the state-of-the-art. • Final assessments by the SP. • Six evaluation criteria: • Fundamental, scientific and technical value max 30 • Quality of the work program max 25 • Evaluation of risks and payoff max 15 • Potential for seeding links with industry max 10 • Quality of users groups max 10 • European relevance max 10 • Threshold score > 60 WP8 TNA - www.jerico-fp7.eu
