  3. DISCONNECTION & REMOVAL Disconnection of your property’s service cables is required when an existing structure is ready for demolishment. The process involves disconnecting and removing the overhead or underground service from the network along with any metering equipment on site belonging to the supply authority. In most cases you are able to transfer the connection to a temporary pole for use over the period of contruction.
