Required by the Operator Qualification (OQ) Rule Determine information retention (knowledge) Document performance competency (skills and abilities) Confirm the ability to recognize and react to Gas or Liquid AOC's Verify competency of individuals to perfrom covered tasks acording to the regulations and operator policies Workers must be able to demonstrate: Knowledge Skill and ability Ability to recognize and react to general and task psecific abnormal operating conditions
