JAINA Plan – How to get to where we have envisioned? • Vision: Live and Share a Jain Way of Life • Impactful Projects: (by Sept. 2012) • Membership Management – Integrated NA Mailing list, directory; 80% of Jains membership • Unity – 75% Jain Center and 30% Jain membership exposure to unified message • Messaging – Video/Brochure/web/ unified message • Mentorship – Mentees 50 High School/50 College/50 Professionals • Program Management – Set up systems and people to manage JAINA projects • Organizations: • Executive Director and Assistant • Funding: • $200K/yr – Sept. 10 start

  9. Timeline: Next steps • Month 1: LRP core prepares an Execution plan with 3 key elements from the input by members – (All participants are co-authors of this document) • Month 2: Exec. Plan document reviewed by JL participants - feedback incorporated • Month 3: Document shared with individual centers and Dipak Jain and LRP member make visits to large philanthropists

  10. Next steps • By Month 6 Collect $200K for Projects/Office • Deliver project with monthly report • Next JL meeting – April 2011 Report on status
